DSSAA Social Hour

Our friends at the Association host a social hour the last Wednesday of every month at the Continental in Rosslyn, VA from 5pm to 7pm. Open to all current and retired DS employees, is meant to serve as a time to come together, relax, network, and see old friends outside of work.

$3,000 to the family of a local guard at the US Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia who died of natural causes while at work. He’s been with the embassy for 18 years. He was the sole provider for his elderly mother.

$3,000 to a local guard at the US Embassy La Paz, Bolivia, to assist with costs associated with a serious medical condition.

Greenhouse Grill Tip Jar 

The Greenhouse Grill at DSTC generously "hosts" the DSF tip jar. Last year was a banner year - $1,113 in changes was donated to DSF via the tip jar. Since its first appearance back in 2009, the tip jar has generated $5,780 for DSF. Thanks to everyone who donates their change. And a HUGE thank you to The Greenhouse Grill for supporting us!
