Sponsors, What We Need From You:

Golf Outing Sponsors: Thank you for becoming a sponsor of the 2024 DSF Mike Considine Charity Golf Outing! We’ve got lots to do to get us to June 3rd, and we need your help with a few items to get there:

Logo

If you were a sponsor in 2023, we have your logo on file (see that here). If you are new, or have updated your logo, email us your new logo for signage. We need BOTH a jpg file (for our website) and one in vector art in .eps or .ai format (for our sign producer). 
 

AD copy

All $500 and up sponsors are entitled to an ad in our full color golf program which will be distributed at the golf outing. Click here for the 2023 Golf Program. Copy due no later than 5/10/24.

Preferred file format is PDF, but you may also send original design/.AI files. CMYK. The program is printed on 5.5” wide by 8.5” high paper with 1/8” bleed margins. 300ppi high res.
If you don’t have an ad to submit, we will create one with your logo.

• $10,000+ up sponsor ad size: full page, prime placement

• $5,000 sponsor ad size: full page

• $2,500 sponsor ad size: full page

• $1,000 sponsor ad size: ½ page horizontal (5” wide by 3 7/8” high)

• $500 sponsor ad size: ¼ ad: (total ad size 2 3/8" wide by 3 7/8” high)
  

SWAG

Have promo items that we could include in golfer give away bags? We have really great swag bags - our golfers love them and our sponsors are very generous! 300 items would be great, but we will take what we can get!
 

RAFFLE

We are always looking for great items for our raffle. Please let us know if you have an item you’d like included in the raffle. Donors will be listed on a special page in the golf program. Raffle items (at least a description) are due 5/10/24 in order to be listed in the golf program, but items will be accepted right up to June 3. Sponsors donating items worth $500+ receive ad space in the golf program.
 

Golfers

To register/pay for golfers, visit our Registration Page, refundable until 5/10/24. After that date, if we can fill your spot with someone off the waitlist we will refund your fee, otherwise your registration fee will be converted to a tax deductible donation. IF your sponsorship comes with comped golfers, contact us for the promo code for the registration page.
 

Perks

If you are a Platinum, Diamond or Ambassador level sponsor, we'd like to offer you a perk, something to give you a little more exposure at the event. Please visit our Perks page for more info. 
 

Volunteers

We love our volunteers. Let us know if you can help us out!
Corporate Volunteers: If you you can send us a team who can help (from a couple of people to a fleet!), please let us know. It is a HUGE help to us. We need a ton of help from 7:00-10:30 am.

Lastly, if you haven’t yet submitted payment, there are a couple of ways to do that:
